Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill. It does not cause skin discoloration as such. It could be due to some other cause. Some skin infection or conditions like vitiligo. Unless seen directly, we can't give a definitive diagnosis and treatment. Consult a dermatologist before starting any other treatment.
