Can You Sleep With Tampons ?

i know it says you can use a tampon for 8 hours. but is it ok to sleep with one?? i hate using pads so some advice would be good. thankx

I always use a tampon and a pad when i go to bed.....as long as u take it out before 8 hours is up and if you don't.......don;t freak out..........the chances of getting toxic shock syndrome is very rear!!!
