Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think you didn't mentioned the units of Creatinine , I considered it maybe 326 micro mol/l. Serum Creatinine are 0.5 to 1.0 mg/dL (about 45–90 μmol/L) for women and 0.7 to 1.2 mg/dL (60–110 μmol/L) for men. If raised serum Creatinine means your in renal failure it is again divided into three types pre renal or renal or extra renal.
First we have to diagnose where is the cause by checking blood pressure, renal Doppler , ultrasound of kidney and genito-urinary tract. also need history of hypertension and diabetes. Then treatment will be easy but without knowing cause is difficult to treat. please consult your nephrologist/physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
