A couple of days ago on my leg was a dime sized zit on my leg it was very sore. I sqeezed it and watery stuff with some blood came out. The zit like thing actually went down but today I noticed a red circle around it with a white circle in the middle around the zit. Its still sore to push on or anything but the zit looks like its healing but the red is still around it. Could this be a spider bite? I really haven't been sick or anything.
