Canker Sores On The Inner Upper Lip And Tongue
I have canker sores on the inner upper lip and tongue. My lymphnodes are swollen and it hurts to swallow. Been going on for 4 days now.

These aphthous ulcers can occur due to biting or applying braces. Better to apply Dental anaesthetic gel on them for pain relief. If you are having pain on swallowing there is associated pharyngitis or tonsillitis. Kindly get examined by ENT Doctor for this and get proper treatment by antibiotics. Eat soft, bland, cool diet for now.
