Cause And Cure For Bruised Indentation Between Fingers

I have a bruised indentation between my pinky and ring finger. I do have ulnar nerve damage and possible Dupuytrene contacture following a very severe elbow injury and two successive operations. Is the bruised indentation something to be concerned about or more of the same?

Hello,

As per your case history of the bruised lesion between fingers. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching and NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil, and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
