I am 36yrs old and have one 4yr old son. My menstrual cycles have become frequent and often heavy. I get extremely hot before and during my cycle but it s constant...not flashes. My menstrual isn t painful but can last about 10 days go off for 2 days and then I will start to spot again. I have about 2 weeks free a month without a cycle. My doctor said I do not have fibroids? What could it be? What do you suggest?
