Cause And Cure For Small Black And White Spots At The Penis Tip And Around It?
I have problem in my Penis Tip around 8 years before. Their is Black and White Spot on the tip of my penis. Before 8 years its a very small around the whole of urine. Now sot are increasing and cover all tip and some lower portion of Penis . I m very tens that problem pleas give me solution, what i do for that problem and mentioned its Cause..

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of the glans penis (Ballanitis).
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
