Cause For Alarm If US Shows Follicles In Ovary?

I have ongoing pain and I had a us done my left ovary measures a little lrgr than the right and it says there is prominent follicles in the left ovary also endometrium measures at 4.2mm had concern with the pain and have a family history of endemetriosis, is this any cause for alarm?

Hi.This ultrasound report is not alarming, and probably not the cause for pain.ET is also thin and no chance of excessive bleeding also. However, endometriosis cannot be detected in US alone. I will advise you to get urine routine ex. also to see the cause for pain.
