Cause For Bleeding For Almost A Year?

I have been bleeding for about a year straight now. Sometimes its bright blood and other times it dark brown. I also noticed that every time I urinate there are always something floating in it. I never get craps in my stomach always in my lower back. I have been very emotional during all of this too. What could be going on any ideas?

Hi,

You should not neglect blood in the urine. I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination and USG scan for primary work up.

If there is any infection than will be clear by these investigation.

X-ray KUB also should be done to rule out stone as well.

If all comes clear than PT, APTT, CBC etc like investigations should be done for further workup.

According to cause specific treatment given.
