Cause For Discharge From Nose After A Dollar Coaster Ride?
Hi I was riding dollar coaster yesterday and when I got off of one of them I went to the rest room and when I said down it felt like my nose had started to bleed and when it dripped it was a yellow orangeish watery looking color what could it be? Should I be concerned?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read your history of roller coaster ride followed by drainage of yellow orangeish fluid fluid from the nose. This can be due to : -Congestion of the nose and air-passages after increase in blood Pressure could have caused the fluid to form and escape. - Or the Cerebro-spinal fluid can be leaked due to pre-existing gap or defect. MRI Cysternography may be indicated, You should collect the fluid and send it for analysis. All these reports along with clinical evaluation and examination can lead to the correct diagnosis and treatment.
