Cause For Dry Skin Under The Skin And Chin
I am 31 years old and have really bad dry skin under my eyes and chin. it itches really bad, its very red and irritated with some swelling.. sometimes it oozes then dries up then i have white scaley patches on my skin. I thought it might be exczema, but not sure. what coud this be?

yes it is atype of eczema seborrhic dermatitis
you can apply mild steroid cream like desonide twice daily for 1 week and check for scalp dandruff if it is present then use ketaconazole shampo for head bath
take antihistamine if there is itching.
