Cause For Sweating Without Exertion And Sensitive To Cold After Taking Antibiotics?

I was treated for mono with anti-biotics and following that I began to sweat without exertion and I am sensitive to cold, especially my hands and feet. My bloodwork comes back normal but I know I am not well and I am extremely tired. What should I be tested for that my docs are missing?

* Will be almost impossible to get detected in blood tests , rarely
