First thing i would like to congratulate you on quitting smoking, you have made a good decision. I cannot tell you anything about the white line or patch in your throat without seeing it and i would like you to upload a picture of the lesion. the dryness can be there due to withdrawal and will settle in a few weeks, i would like you to take plenty of fluids and lemon juice. it will help. Thanks!!
