Cause For The Dry Patch On The Leg?

I have a small dry patch on my leg with thick black hair grown.initially,it started with a dark mark that if touched pricks and pains,then the hair started to grow.I learnt its lack of something in the body. I have been suffering from pimples and dandruff for more than ten years now.I was also treated for clamydia some time ago.I learnt clamydia causes pimples.
