Cause For The Extra Skin On Top Of The Clitoris?

I have extra skin growing right at the top of my clitoris. This started about 10 months ago. I am 7 months pregnant now and my doctor said we will look at it after my daughters birth. It is very itchy and I think there's more skin peaces growing in the same area. They are little pointy skin growths. Please gelp
