Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Two questions really. I'm only 29 years old and for the past six months i can't bend my fingers without them popping my left hand has progressively gotten worse and painful through my wrists. Also now for the past month roughly my knees seem to be following suit. What could be causing so much grief? My second question is completely unrelated but i seem to get what i think are boils incredibly often leaving ugly purple scars, mainly they appear on my inner thighs and seem to sequence my menstrual cycle if it's normal how do i prevent or treat? Thank you for any information i don't have insurance and cannot afford a medical expense right now.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The first thing appears to be the rheumatoid arthritis,or poly arthritis. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, ofloxacin, and mefenamic acid, and paracetamol. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled. The second thing is the fungal infection, may be taenia cruris,i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms grisofulvin tablets, and mixed steroid ointment. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
