Cause For The Pain In The Penis And The Anal Area?

Hi Dr. Grief, i have been experiencing a burning sensation at the tip of my penis and anal area for a while now. I went to my primary care physician. At first he thought it would be a bacterial infection. So he gave me some antibiotics. I saw no improvement at all. SO i went to see my doctor again and he gave me another antibiotic. Id didn t help. So he referred me to a urologist. The urologist made me do some blood tests and urine test (no STD found). At the clinic my prostate was inspected too. My urine stream was tested and my bladder too. The urologist couldn t diagnose anything after all those tests. Finally he made me make an ultrasound to check for possible kidney stones. Still nothing was diagnosed. I was supposed to see the urologist again after two months. BUT then i got an advice from an uncle of mine who makes ayurvedic medicines. He asked me if i consume spicy food. So i told him that every meal of mine has to be spicy. I used to eat pepper with all the seeds in every meal (too much pepper). So he suggested to stop eating spicy food and drink enough water along with a teaspoon of honey every day (for a week or two). I did what he asked me to. AND FINALLY the burning sensation stopped. My uncle said that i should not consume spicy food anymore. So i stopped. But i was curious if his theory about the pepper consumption causing the burning sensation was true. So after some time i had spicy food. And it started again (i stopped pepper consumption at once and it stopped after a week) But as time passed i forgot that i should not consume pepper (i have been consuming extra spicy food for almost 20 years and quitting is not easy, even when i get a burning sensation) . So bit by bit i started consuming pepper again and after a while (a month or two) my pepper consumption was like before this all started. And i had the same burning sensation. So from all this one could conclude that the consumption of pepper causes the burning sensation around my penis and anal area. But how could one explain this phenomena (which even the urologist didn t stumble on). Could you explain this with your expertise? Is it necessary that i see the urologist again? (i didn t visit him again because i stopped my pepper consumption and it all stopped). Regards, Avikash
