Cause For The Pimple On The Testicles?

I have a pimple on my balls, or it seems like a pimple or zit, I can t be sure. When I popped it, by squeezing it, yellowish pus with mixed with blood came out. What is this? Just a normal pimple or is it a serious condition. And I have not had sex or any type of sexual activities in the last few months.

A small size scrotal skin lesion as per your description, may be a simple boil or sebaceous cyst. Both are normal condition. you need proper hygiene and cleaning of local area. If more severely inflamed then antibiotics may be needed. If reoccurs at same location then need surgical treatment.
