Cause Of Child S Soft, Yellow Stools?
My 3month by is passing yellow soft poop (small amounts) for about 3x to 4x a day.. her fecalysis result is pretty much normal aside from bacteria: moderate.. what are the possible reason for sudden change in her bowel movement before she poops once every other day.

3 month old baby could have alteration in bowel habits due t hyperactive gastro-colic reflex, bowel movement is promoted by stomach distension after majority of feeds.
There is no cause for concern if the baby is sleeping well after feeds.
