Cause Of Hard And Painless Lumps On Head?

Hi i have had hard lumps on my head that had moved from the back of my head and went away but two more had appeared on the top of my head. They do not hurt at all but it feels as hard as bone. I am really scared and don't know what it is, but hospital bills are expensive with no medical. Could one of you please give me some insight please, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks, Lawrence Akau
