Cause Of No Periods Since 6 Months With Smelly Yellow Discharge, Distended Stomach & Hard Lower Abdomen?
I havent had my period for about 6 months and theres this yellow sometimes brownish discharge and its quite alot. It also smells really bad. My stomach has become distended and its uncomfortable to press on it. My lower abdomen feels hard and on the left side when i press down it really hurts. Plus i had a c section about a year n four months ago n it closed but i noticed that i get a burning painful sensation where the scar is not on the outside ony skin but inside my body following the scar when im suppose to be on my period or i pick up something heavier than say ten pounds. Why would this happen
The problems you are having indicate for a possible uro-genital infection. I suggest to run further tests to evaluate your condition including: - abdominal ultrasound - urine analysis - vaginal swab testing
Depending on the tests results, appropriate treatment will be prescribed.
Meanwhile, I advise to: - drink plenty of water - keep a good genital hygiene - avoid sex until improvement - wash your genitalia immediately after having sex - take cranberry juice
Hope it was of help! Dr.Albana
