Cause Of Red, Swollen, Painful, And Itchy Lesion?
I appear to have an insect bite but never seen anything bite me and it happened while I awake in the kitchen. It's red swollen the size of a quarter. It has a hard white center with a red dot in the middle. It hurts and itched at first and appears to be getting worse. Any idea what this is? I don't have insurance so going to the e.r. Is last resort.

From history it seems that you might be having some insect bite giving you allergic reaction locally.
Now it seems that there might be having some infection.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl.
Go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 3 days.
Ok and take care.
