Cause Of Sore Forehead, Red Skin, Fluid-filled Lump Under Skin?
Good Afternoon, I got sunburnt two days ago. My forehead is so sore it feels as though my skin is raw however it isn t very red. I have however developed a lump on my forehead that feels fluid filled under my skin. What is this and should I be concerned?
You seem to have developed a blister over the forehead due to a sunburn. First of all , you need to use adequate sun protection in the form of a good sunscreen before going out in the sun . Also you can wear wide brimmed cap or hats. Avoid touching the affected area . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected area in order to prevent any further infection. Take some oral antihistamine like claritin for reducing the allergy. Simply let the blister settle down by itself. Do not touch it.
Hope it helps
