Cause Of Stomach Pain After Endometriosis Treatment?

I have severe stomach pain i have been treated for endometreosis and only had a very small amount of tissue which was removed. i have been checked for bladder cancer and have had multiple ultrasounds of my uteris. i have symtoms equal to being pregnant but im not. what could possibly be causing this.
