Cerazette Contraceptive Pill, Missed Pill, Took Two Pills Together, Unprotected Sex. Is Birth Control Still Effective?

Hi, I started on the Cerazette contraceptive pill 3 weeks ago and on Saturday i missed a pill. I didnt realise this until 24 hours later when I went to take Sunday s pill. I took the two together after reading the advise on the pack. I then had un-protected sex without any other contraception . Do you think I was still protected? I had a baby 11 weeks ago!!
