Cerebral Dysrthytmia. Why Does He Have Aggressive Behavior, Learning Difficulties And Uncontrollable Emotions?

Hello, I live in Australia and have just found out that my father has cerebral dysrhythmia, it's something that he was diagnosed with as a child however it was never properly explained to him and he stopped taking medication, he has recently sought answers and is getting back on medication for it, as this can be a hereditary condition it was suggested that I get tested, especially considering that I fit some of the symptoms including aggressive behaviour, learning difficulties and high level uncontrollable emotions.

How should I go about getting tested or diagnosed?

aggressive behaviour, learning difficulties and high level uncontrollable emotion are symptoms of paroxysmal cerebral dysrhythmia and you have family history, so
