Chances Of Pregnancy Having The Results Negative?

Hi i though Im pregnant cause one of my test was positive I went to the docotor and they did the test and was negative.Doctor examined me and sais that everything is ok and Im not pregnant. but no usg made. Ist gonna be 16 weeks and i did the test and its still negative but i think Im pregnant could i Be ???

Hi,
So many negative pregnancy tests and a doctor's confirmation rule out the possibility of pregnancy; yet the cause for this absence of periods should be definitely sought for. A trans-vaginal sonogram would definitely help to exclude/confirm pregnancy beyond doubt at this stage and also helps to locate any other significant pelvic causes like ovarian cysts or pelvic masses. You may also get a blood test for pregnancy for confirmation in addition. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
