Change In Nature Of Bowel Movement, Diarrhea, Passing Clots. Getting Better After Eliminating Certain Food

about 2.5 months ago, there was in change in my bowel movement. It started with diarrhea (soft stool). I did not know what it was and it continued to get worse over time. it seemed like to foods that i ate; such as, sweets, fruits, beans, bread, etc. sometimes when i have a lot a sweets it would be followed by severe diarrhea which seem like i was passing blood as the color was bright red. I eliminated certain foods and symptoms such as intestinal gas and watery stool seemed to get better. Not sure what's causing the problem.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the chronic diarrhea could be due to the mixed infection if the intestines, with anerobic and aerobic bacteria, or amoebiasis, or allergy to some foods like milk, wheat, barley etc.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment .
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, amicacin 500mg .Thank you.
