Change In Nature Of Periods, Breast Pain, Feeling Of Needle In Stomach. Negative Urine Test. Pregnant?

Hi! My period has been acting up for four months now.like skipping a day or two my period lasted only two days,but it normall lasts 7 days and it didn't come in October at all,but came on November 1,2013 and last two days. Now it's gone and my breasts still hurts and I' feeling poking and needle in my stomach. I took a urine test and it was negative. Could I be pregnant!

In the current scenario, you should get a serum beta-hCG titre estimation as HPT may not be conclusive. You should also get a trans-vaginal sonogram to see the status of the pelvic organs. A pregnancy would be definitely confirmed/excluded by these. Hormonal imbalances may be considered if pregnancy is excluded. This can happen due to sudden weight disturbances, stress of any kind, infections and certain medications apart from organic causes. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
