Have you ever done a chest x-ray or a CT scan of your chest?
As you have rheumatoid arthritis it is very common to have an interstitial lung disease but you can only confirm it by a CT scan of the chest.
Bad breathing, chest discomfort and wheezing can be a part of the fibrosis or a different disease altogether like asthma or hyper reactive disease
