Hi sir, I am Female of 23 years i am suffering from chest pain the following echocardiography report as follows. MILD DILATION OF RA/RV GROSSLY DILATED MPA TURBULANCE NOTED IN RVOT NO ASD/VSD/PDA NORMALLY FUNCTIONING VALVES NO LA/LAA THROMBUS INTACT IAS/IVS NORMAL BIVENTRICULAR FUNTION IMPRESSION ? PRIMARY PULMONARY HYPERTENSION . THIS DEFECTS I HAVE BY BIRTH, PLEASE SUGGEST THE SOLUTION.

As per the details u have mentioned u were having primary PAH. I.e pulmonary her tension with out any valvular or anatomical problems, recently there has been lot of improvements in treating the pulmonary hypertension . Various medications available like sildenafil , endothelin receptor antagonists like bosentan and other prostacyclin analogues.
I advise u to consult cardiologist , he will take care ...
