Chest Pain Due To Physical Stress And Lack Of Sleep?

Hi, my name is Shawna. I am a healthy 35 year old. I have been working a lot of overtime at work this week and I have a physically challenging job. About 20 min ago, I felt a stabbing pain in my chest on the left side. It went away, but when I take a deep breath, it happens again. Any idea if this is brought on by physical stress and lack of sleep? That was my first thought.

Hello.Your chest pain is probably secondary to stress-anxiety.Chest pain due to heart pathology is oppressive pain with sweating, facial pallor and respiratory difficulty,in a person with cardiovascular risk factors. However you must go to your doctor for examination. If exploration of heart and lung is normal,he can prescribe any anxiolytic such as Lorazepam.I wish you good health.
