Chest Pain, Left Arm Pain, Left Jaw Pain. Had A Medtronic Crtd Installed. Given Nitro. Ideas?

Had a medtronic crtd installed in 2010. Thursday I had severe chest pain that seemed to come from the area of the crtd. The pain went down my left arm and could feel it in my lower left jaw. The emts gave me nitro on way to hospital and it relieved pain. Hospital found no problem and made appointment with Dr. for today. Had same pain this morning, emts gave nitro and pain went away, left me to go to DR. Dr had echo done and am waiting to hear. At this point I am kind of left hanging any ideas?

If it responded to Nitro...it likely has something to do with ischemia or lack of blood flow to the heart in some fashion. You should have a complete cardiac work up and evaluation to make sure nothing is missed.
