Chest Pain Radiating To Back, Neck, Arms, Feeling Of Heaviness And Stopped Chest. History Of Bad News In Family. Just Anxiety?

I have been having chest pain for a couple of months, since my husband passed away. I did not want to go to the doctor, because I thought it probably was anxiety. However, the pain radiates to my back, neck, and sometimes my arms. The pain has mostly been on my left side, but it does sometimes feel like it is in the middle more towards my right side. I get it when I am sleeping and it wakes me up, or I am sitting relaxed. Recently, I felt like everything in my chest stopped. It was extremely heavy. I stayed in restroom, not to scare my family.
