Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Numb Feet. Is It MS?

Hello I started to get sick in May was flown to the nearest big town with chest pain and shortness of breath, i was given every test under the sun showed nothing i came home feeling ill but like a big fake ;my symptons which no one was interested in listening to other then the chest pain ( iam an asthmatic) but have numb feet hands neck knees and hip cronic pins and needles to the point i feel like my finger nails and toe nails are going to pop off that has subsided some and now i have like a triger thumb happing in thumbs tops of my feet neck bose of my head my hands are the worse at the moment sometimes its my feet or shins last night my head and neck and feet and hands were all so bad i curled up on a small lounge and squashed my body so tight between the arm rests so i could stop the pain. I am really scared I have MS
