Chest Pain When Eating. Done ECG. Afraid Of Blockage Or Chances Of Heart Attack
I aged 39 yrs male. From last three days I felt slight chest pain in center of the chest. Initially I felt pain while taking meals . Now I took ECG and its Diagonosis information as under : 800 : sinus Rhythm 611 : Flattened T wave (v4) I afraid that have any block or any chance to attack. Request your solicit instruction

In ECG, flat limited to V-4 alone may not be significant.
Pain mid chest related to food is more likely from food pipe.
Heart pain is worse with effort.
An endoscopy and an exercise ECG will settle all doubts
