Chest Pain When Taking A Deep Breath, Discharge From Breast, Delayed Period. Negative Pregnancy Test. What Is Going On?

hi , I am a 25 year old female, and I have always had chest pain but it would come once a day like every 6 months or so and would never think anything about it, but today, I have been having sharp chest pain on the left side all day, I really comes when I take a deep breathe or just randomly, but it has been happening all day, I know that I do have anemia, but I don't know how bad or what kind, also I went to the emergency room like 4 days ago because I was having a discharge from my right breast when I sqeeze it, I thought I was pregnant because the discharged looked like watery milk and my period was late but I took 2 pregnancy test and my period came 4 days ago, but do these symptoms have anything in common, what could possibly be going on with me

Hello ma'am and welcome.

There could be a possibility of a chest infection, which is causing the pain. Infections are one of the most common causes of menstrual irregularities in women, so you might require a chest xray and a few other investigations. I would also request you to get an EKG (ECG) conducted, as all cases of chrst pain need yo undergo an EKG, this is only protocol, do not worry.

Your doctor would also want to check for any hormonal level changes, which will then have to be related with the exact cause.
