Hi
in young female without any risk factor for heart disease , chest pain is unlikely of heart attack related problem
so dont panic
relax
in young female mostly it related to stress and panic related or related to local tissue problem
i think dont worry , get it done your echo test as per schedule and i think it will come normal study
