Chest Pains During Resting Time

Hi My son is 21years old and on the 4 December 2010 come home from work and was sitting on the lounge and he said it felt like someone kicked him in the chest really hard and then could not breathe he then passed out and the ambulances come and revived him and took him to the hospital when he came around he had one side of him especially the arm shaking like he had Parkinson this lasted for about 2 hours as the hospital kept giving drugs to stop the shaking after 2 days in hospital and numerous test CT MRI it showed nothing, since then he had another one similar and two days ago he had a third attack which came on after having chest pains for a couple of days his arms was shaking really bad and he had extreme chest pains he took nitrogyline that the doctors told him to take and this eased the chest pains for about 20 min then they came back twice as bad he went to the local hospital who put ecg monitors on him for about 1 hour and then they said that if the Nurogist and cardiologist who are specials did not know why it is happening then the local hospital could not do anything so they sent him home with morphine for the chest pains it seems that nobody knows so we have put in the too hard basket Any ideas would be great on what to do
