I have had systoms of chest papatations and cold and hot flashes for about 5 wks. I have a hard time breathing, shaking and gone to emergency 3 times and they check my heart thoroughly and chest xray and say nothing wrong. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs ad have pain in the diaphram and all around my diaphragm and lower back. I have numbness in my legs and arms.Could I have costochoudritis?
Keeping in mind the fact that investigations report are normal, your symptoms can be attributed to strain in muscles secondary to rotator cuff injury or costochondritis.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained by intake of: 1. Anti inflammatory agents like Ibuprofen (to be taken after meals) & application of analgesic+muscle relaxant gel. 2. Pantoperazole preparation (to be taken 30 min before meals) 3. Multivitamin & multimineral supplements including iron, calcium & Vit D needs to be added in your diet.
If symptoms still persist, kindly consult your General Physician & get a proper clinical examination done. Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, avoid stress, exercise regularly & practice meditation.
Wishing you a Good Health. Take care.
