Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear,
If there is open wound in the head due to injury, it could be inflammed or infected and result in fever. But serious problems like brain hemorrhage probably should not be the cause as she doesn't have any drowsiness, seizures, vomiting and the event happened almost a week ago. She needs to be shown to a doctor to see if medications are needed for the fever.

Take care
