Child. Lump On Head Turning Softer. Hair Loss In The Area After Taking Antibiotics For Cyst. Negative For Fungal Test. Thoughts?

Hi my 5 year old daughter has a lump on her head which the doctor thought was a cyst! He treated her with antibiotics that did not get rid of it, now her hair has completely gone where the lump is. Doctor sent us to the hospital where they thought it was fungal but came back negative! There is no pain except when she bumps it or lays on it. The lump is about 2 cm round was harder now softer?

HI go for surgeon and ask for opinion if that is lipoma or any conegntal disorder if there he will remove that swelling under local anesthesia
