Child Complaining About Pain In Genital Area, Still In Nappies. Problem Worsened With Thrush Cream. Allergy?

Hi my daughter is 2 yrs and 4 months. For a few weeks on and off she has been complaining about the area between her legs saying my bottom is hurting, but she touches her genital area around e clitoris. In the last couple of days it has intensified and she wakes in the night with it, it takes ages to calm her down, she is still in nappies. I change her, out sudocrem on usually and eventually she goes back to sleep. yesterday i bought some thrush cream for her and have been applying it 3 times a day. The problem seems worse this evening. I am wondering if it could be an allergy, thrush or threadworms, although I cannot see any presence of worms. What could it be?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some bacterial infection giving rise to this problem.
Many a time remained wet nappies more time and not having proper local hygiene gives rise to infection.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Possibility of having worm infestation is likely.
Change nappies frequently.
Ok and take care.
