Child Cries Before Urinating, Tries To Push Stools, Releases Gas

hi i am prasad. my baby boy crying before urination and before emptying the bowels. he is always trying to push the waste what ever he has in the bowel and also cries immense before releasing the gas from the bowels and before emptying the bowels and he is not passing stool everyday. the pain is horrible and crying uncontrollably in this timings. rest of all time he is good. please help us on this.

Dear knsv Prasad I am sorry to hear about your baby boy. I think your boy may have

anal fissure it happens when very hard stool is passed that injures anal area near

the opening. That area is very sensitive and that is why he cries. You mensioned

he cries when he pass water but if he is otherwise okay I do'nt think he got any

problem with his water work. He should be given to soften the stool.

I think you should take him to your doctor with a sample of urine for culture

and sensitivity. your child should have something to soften the stool. I wish
