Child Got Teeth Cleaned, Complaining Mouth Pain, White Streak On Cheek And White Sore On Gums. Canker Sore?
My 7 yr old daughter had her teeth cleaned last Friday. Saturday evening she began to complain of mouth pain, by Sunday she was crying. Sunday evening I looked and discovered a white streak along her cheek (inside) and a white sore along her gum line near her molars. She could barely open her mouth for 4 days and didnt eat for 3. Day 6 and she has a new white sore in the front now between her lip and gum. Dentist claims that they are canker sores that most of come about from the stress she was in. What stress??? shes 7.
