Pediatrician, Critical Care 's  Response
It seems like Dysentry/gastroenteritis from the symptoms mentioned.

Has she had any travel recently? Does she complaint of pain in her tummy?

It would be advisable to get checked over by a Pediatrician. If he feels following examination that the symptoms do fit with dysentry, then the treatment is antibiotics and taking adequate fluids.

Hand washing is very essential before and after food and after going to toilet.

She should get better soon.
