Child Has A Small Testicle. Attached To One Another. What Could This Be And Is It Normal?

My son has a small like size testicle that is beside his two testicles. It is somewhat attached to another one. He says the pea size is hard. It has been like that for years, but now he is concerned since he just turned 21. What could this be and is it normal?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
there is no harm if there is an extra testes. it may be a developmental anomoly. if it grows in size and the consistancy is hard instead of firm. better to go for a biopsy in consultation with a surgeon
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
