Child Has Blister On Anus, Hard Stools, Diaper Rash, Fluid Filled, Teething. What Can Be Done?
My two year old has a blister on his anus. He has been swimming a lot and been in a wet bathing suit, has been riding a four wheeler a lot and has had a few hard stools lately. Could any of these factors be the cause? He doesn't currently have a diaper rash. His two year molars are also coming in; not sure if that matters to know. There does appear to be fluid in it. What do I do and what is causing this?!?! - Very concerned parent

Child Has Blister On Anus, Hard Stools, Diaper Rash, Fluid Filled, Teething. What Can Be Done?
Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Blisters around the anus may be due to contact dermatitis, worm infestation, or due to years infection. Herpes infection also presents with vesicles, which is uncommon in younger children. Consult the pediatrician for physical examination to look for the cause of these blisters and their treatment. Hope I have answered your query. Regards.
