Child Has Constipation. Now Watery Poop, Sores On Inside Of Buttocks. Applied Diaper Cream. Help

Hi, my 3 year old son has battled constipation off and on for almost 2 years now.
Lately he has been trying to hold his poop in and nothing I do seems to help him push it out.
I have given him mineral oil, but he still tries to hold it all in.
Lately I've noticed that watery poop is getting out when he gets the urge to poop and some small, soft bits of poop as well.
I have felt his stomach and bowls area and can't feel any large obstructions.
He is now getting raw sores on the insides of his butt cheeks that I have tired keeping clean and putting diaper cream on, but nothing seems to be helping them either.
Is there anything you can suggest that I can do to help him poop, and help his poor bum?

Hi, Your 3years son might be having habitual constipation.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe a powerful purgative, in low dose after getting cured.
For the rash i give antibiotics like erythrocin, and pain killer, as he might be holding because of pain. anti biotic cream for local application.
Try to give him more of green leafy vegetables, and fibrous foods. Thank you.
